I chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location near my family, having stayed here twice before. While I appreciated the friendly staff, my experience was marred by significant issues, particularly with housekeeping and some room facilities. The weak flush in the bathroom and minimal cleaning during our stay were particularly disappointing. I won’t be returning due to the lack of care and inadequate services.
